Online Classes
With notice of 15 days or more, your payment will be refunded less a $20 admin fee. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the first session. Should minimum enrolment for a module not be met, Toby Aldren reserves the right to cancel it, in which case, 100% of your tuition payment will be refunded.
Private Instruction
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required to make any changes to an appointment. If such notice is provided, your payment can either be applied to a rescheduled appointment time, or refunded in full should you need to cancel. No refunds or rescheduling for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
